Richmar Realty and Development is a privately held real estate development company head quartered in the suburb of North Aurora, Illinois, 40 miles west of Chicago.
Established in 1973, Richmar Realty has acquired and developed substantial commercial and residential properties throughout the Chicagoland area and Southwest Florida.
Richmar Realty and Development is currently managing a number of ongoing commercial projects throughout the Village of North Aurora, Geneva and Glendale Heights, Illinois. These projects include:
Randall Road Commercial Center, a 22 acre mixed use development, zoned and annexed for a variety of uses. Already over half sold, this project is home to Randall Self Storage, Richmar Realty and Development, and Randall Plaza which offers prime commercial space for lease.
Randall Commons, consists of over 17 acres of land, and is anchored by the National Drug Store Chain, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, soon to be joined by the National Grocery Store Chain, Aldi Foods. There are also plans underway for 25,000 square feet of prime retail space to be constructed on a lot over 3 acres in size.
Randall Square is another mixed use development. Over 16 acres in size, this property is located adjacent to Randall Commons. Randall Square is zoned and annexed into the village of North Aurora, Illinois and has specifications for restaurants, retail stores, entertainment and other national users.
Orchard Commons is a prime piece of real estate located just off the I-88 toll way, and is positioned amongst several residential housing developments. This site is over 40 acres in size and also has specifications for restaurants, retail stores, entertainment and other national users.
Richmar Realty also owns and has extensive holdings throughout other parts of the Chicagoland metropolitan area. Developments include the Country House Restaurant, Comfort Inn Hotel, and Fabyan Oaks Office Plaza (which consists of several single story commercial buildings for lease). These properties are located just north of the I-88 corridor in Geneva, Illinois. Adjacent to these projects, Richmar owns several acres of prime real estate which is zoned, annexed and available for sale or commercial development.
Richmar Realty has two residential developments located in Southwest Florida. Recently completed, The Villas at Waters Edge in Fort Myers, is a residential housing community consisting of 24 custom built homes. Currently under construction, Sabal Cove, also in Fort Myers is a 7 building, 28 unit, luxury condominium development located off Davis Road.
